Franklin D. Roosevelt

" Government is a relation  of give and take, a contract, perforce, if we should follow the thinking out of which it grew. Under such a contract rulers were accorded power, and the people consented to that power on consideration that they be accorded certain rights."
Franklin D. Roosevelt  was a president with a great level of popular vote. He thought that the relation between the government and the people was a contract, in which they both give and received. He was famous for the Economic bill of right, in which funds were given to improve education, jobs, housing and health care.
