Roe V. Wade

The Roe v. Wade court case discussed the issue of abortion in the United States. Roe was a pregnant women who wanted the right of privacy in her abortion. In this case the United States supreme court case held it was a constitutional right of privacy for women's to have an abortion. But this decision had some regulation from the state in order to protect the life of the fetus as well as the mother. For example during the first three month of pregnancy there is little risk so the state can't restrict and abortion, but after the three month the state can restricted and decide whether or not an abortion can take place.
